Here's what you'll do:
- Manage our Koblenz office space and company vehicles efficiently.
- Streamline administrative processes to keep things organized.
- Oversee procurement and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison, coordinating between internal teams, suppliers, and technicians.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Become the go-to person for cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
- Handle procurement of goods and services, from sourcing and quotes to order placement and delivery tracking.
To succeed, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in office or facility coordination.
- Strong negotiation skills to get the best deals.
- Fluency in written and spoken English for seamless communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to manage data effectively.
- A passion for making a difference in a rapidly changing industry.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
