For our customer in the financial services sector we are seeking a NOC and Datacentre Installation Engineer
Night shifts 2 in every 2 weeks

As a NOC engineer you will contribute to monitor and execute the daily operational activities of multiple networks and systems.
The NOC team handles tasks such as provide support and dispatch requests, engaging in proactive network systems monitoring, resource coordination and interdepartmental communication, as well as resolving a portion of incoming support cases.
Reported issues that NOC is unable to resolve without further collaboration get escalated to core IT teams and/or vendor support groups.
You will apply your knowledge and your troubleshooting skills to support our customers, solve problems, tracking issues, handling alarms…
You will also perform a key role in maintaining and delivering the core infrastructure
