Information Security Engineer

Source Technology are working with a Berlin-based consultancy to hire a Freelance Information Security Engineer


Technical skills:

- Experience / knowledge in SIEM and SOC
- Experience / knowledge in EDR / XDR
- Knowledge in business tools Google Workspace, Okta, MDM (simpleMDM, Intune)
- AWS Security & Architecture Skills (AWS certifications like certified solution architect & security specialty) - not as much as the Cloud security architect but general knowledge must be there
- Terraform & GitHub knowledge


Additional skills:

- Communication
- Analytical thinking (quickly understand architectures and being able to ask the right questions to get to the relevant security aspects of it)
- Reasoning (being able to communicate why something is needed)
- Security Measures (know different security measures for common security challenges)


Open to candidates based anywhere across Europe, however Berlin-based is a bonus.
