Azure Security Engineer

We're working with an IT consultancy in the Netherlands to onboard a Freelance Azure Engineer into their team. 

You'll be joining their security function to support the cloud infrastructure implementation, Azure security and Azure DevOps integration. 

Experience required:

o 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based solutions.
o Experience in developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions using Azure services.
o Experience in deploying and managing IaC using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Azure Bicep, or Terraform
o Azure data services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Synapse Analytics
o CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Tasks required:

• Implement and maintain the Azure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Implement Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity and access management.
• Configure role-based access control (RBAC) to control access to Azure resources.
• Implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for automated deployment and continuous integration.
• Implement security best practices and compliance measures to ensure a secure Azure environment.

Dutch speaking is a requirement for this position
12-month contract
