Associate Director Physician – Early Oncology Clinical Development
An exciting opportunity has opened up with a globally renowned big pharmaceutical organisation in Cambridge, my client is very proud of their Oncology platform and studies it conducts which brings excellent solutions to patients and making a system difference to the biopharmaceutical world.

The Associate Director Physician, Early Oncology Clinical Development leader makes the crucial difference by enabling the team to push boundaries, form alliances and developing life changing research. This is an excellent opportunity for an M.D. with a proven background in Early Oncology Clinical Development to make a real difference.

  • Key Responsibilites
    Medical monitoring of all ongoing trials – the Medical Monitor within the team
  • Full short term and long term planning and running of clinical trials – implementing clinical research projects and clinical dev programs in oncology
  • Design and deliver a strategy for clinical development
  • Collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Supplier selection and management
  • Lead all aspects of planning and management
  • Run and contribute all Dept / Clinical initiatives.

Skills, Qualifications and Essential Experience

  • You must be a well trained M.D. with a medical speciality and sub speciality training
  • Self motivated, strong leaders with a thirst to develop novel immune-oncology therapies for cancer patients
  • Highly experienced in molecular oncology / translational science
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Results driven with high level of emotional intelligence
  • Strong decision making
