Operating Model & Change Management Consultant

My client, a global biopharmaceutical business is seeking an experienced Operating Model & Change Management Consultant to join the business on a 7 month contract;
Major Accountabilities include:

• Provide consultant and project management support to OMA Governance & Compliance including;

1. Preparation of project deliverables related to implementation of new governance and operating model (analysis design, planning, analysis)
2. Prepare and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders
3. Support change management and implementation program – engage with key stakeholders, communicate key messages, address issues

• Engage with key internal stakeholders (Regional and Country medical teams, Global Governance Office, Pharma MA)

Requirements:

• Experience level: Experienced (5+ years) to Senior (10+ years)
• Core competency: Operating model implementation, change management, organizational governance
• Basel, Switzerland or Europe virtual
